Having trouble with Galaxy Online 3? Here's a quick and simple way to get help!
1. On the main screen, open the menu and tap "Settings" to open the panel.
2. Switch to Help interface and you will find the "Submit Ticket" button. Tap it to access to our Service Center.
3. Fill in the form that appears on the screen and then tap "Submit" to send it to a Customer Service representative.
Note: You can tap "My Requests" to view every help request you've sent and to check on their status.
